Vegan smoothie bowl with yummy mixed avocado and berries

Try a green smoothie bowl of banana, avocado, and lime soy yoghurt! Top with blueberries, coconut and, why not, some bee pollen.

How to (1 serving):

1. Split and scoop out avocados. Mix the avocado with soy yoghurt, banana, lime juice and vanilla powder.

2. Toppings: Top with blueberries, raspberries, coconut chips and some bee pollen.

Free of gluten, lactose, milk protein and egg.

Ingredients:

1 avocado
1/2 cup plain soy yoghurt
1/2 banana
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp vanilla powder

Toppings:

Blueberries
Raspberries
Coconut chips
Bee pollen
